About Sweet Strasse

The idea of Sweet Strasse (pronounced as "Strr-ah-ser") was conceived when our creator saw the growing trend and interest in quality homebaked cakes. Having lived in Germany for a short period and successfully baked cakes that adopted and modified some of the German's baking styles, she decided that it is time that Singaporeans get to taste the wholesome goodness of homebaked cakes. And so, our journey begun.

Sweet Strasse means "Sweet Street" in German, and it is our desire that you will join us on this path. We put emphasis on Quality above Quantity in our creations, and it is also our hope that you will enjoy special Sweet Homemade Goodness in Singapore through our cakes.

Our cakes are baked using the freshest available ingredients, low in artificial flavourings and colorings. Our cakes do not contain raw egg whites or egg yolks. Fresh cream is used in all Sweet Strasse cakes. This is to ensure that there are lesser processed ingredients going into your body compared to your regular mass-produced cakes. Every cake is special to us, and you can be sure that each Sweet Strasse cake is baked with love.
